How Do We Determine the Right Configuration?
Building a Package - During the Define Stage, your Customer Success Manager will consult with you on your solution configuration and the number of end-user fees required. These configurations will include a Base Package with potentially one or a combination of Editions and Add-On Modules. Pre-bundled Vertical Editions might be a logical fit for your organization and will be presented by your Customer Success Manager where appropriate.
Contract Duration - NetSuite's minimum subscription commitment is one year. With this said your Customer Success Manager can assist you in exploring other options that best fit your business goals.
Implementation - Determining the costs for a NetSuite Implementation is rarely straight forward; however, NXTurn's Professional Services Team sets you up for as agile or methodical a project as you need. Your Customer Success Manager will partner with your assigned Professional Services Team to lead you through the process of identifying all the requirements necessary to take NetSuite live.
